Low Price Guarantee
If you find your furniture or mattress for less from any online retailer we will match the price within 7 days of delivery with no hassles. We will match the total out the door price of our competitor including applicable delivery fees that the competitor may charge.
Price matches will be verified prior to honoring price. We do not honor pricing errors which would put us at a loss from other retailers. Overstock.com and Amazon.com price matches must include the total out the door price including shipping costs.
Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before delivery. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of delivery you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Any items cancelled 48 hours before your delivery date will not be charged a cancellation fee.
FlexPay Plus orders can only be cancelled within 96 hours of final approval and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee from ebudgetfurniture.com and a $25 cancellation fee from Kahuna Payment Solutions, provider of FlexPay Plus. Any FlexPay Plus orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee from ebudgetfurniture.com and a $25 cancellation fee from Kahuna Payment Solutions, provider of FlexPay Plus.
Furniture Refusal Upon Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the quality or color of your purchase you may refuse the order before the items are assembled and you will receive a full credit back to the original form of payment. Please read our "buy with confidence" policy
Once you have accepted delivery of your items, the following terms apply:
If you are not happy with your item/s after signing for your order you may return them within 3 days of your delivery. We will not accept any returned items that have been already assembled or without the original factory packaging. If you choose to return or exchange your item/s a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Mattresses cannot be returned after the wrapping has been taken off. Items cannot be returned without the original manufacturers wrapping or boxes. Please do not dispose, rip or damage the wrapping or boxes until you are satisfied with your Items. Please give us a call if you have any further questions regarding the refund policy.
We provide a manufacturers warranty on all items up to 180 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise noted on the individual product details page. This covers all manufacturers defects within 180 days of your delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negeligence, wrong assembly, accidental damage, accidental wear /tear and unauthorized repair. If you suspect your item is defective and your item is still under warranty please email us with multiple photos of the defective item in question along with your order number, name, address and phone number. If the item is no longer available we reserve the right to have the item fixed or replaced with a comparable item.
