Low Price Guarantee

If you find your furniture or mattress for less from any online retailer we will match the price plus 10% within 30 days of delivery.

Price matches will be verified prior to honoring price. We do not honor pricing errors which would put us at a loss from other retailers.

Cancellation

Please be curteous and cancel your order at least 48 hour before your scheduled delivery.

Furniture Refusal Upon Delivery

If you are not satisfied with the quality or color of your purchase you may refuse the order before the items are assembled and you will receive a full credit back to the original form of payment. Please read our "shop with confidencepolicy.

Once you have accepted delivery of your items, the following terms apply:

Returns 

If you are not happy with your item/s after signing for your order you may return them within 3 days of your delivery free of any restocking or pick up fees. eBudget Furniture will not accept any returned items that have been already assembled by you or our delivery team or without the original factory packaging. Mattresses cannot be returned after the wrapping has been taken off. Items cannot be returned without the original manufacturers wrapping or boxes. Please do not dispose, rip or damage the wrapping or boxes until you are satisfied with your Items. Please give us a call if you have any further questions regarding the refund policy.

Warranty

We provide a manufacturers warranty on all items for 1 year from the date of delivery unless otherwise noted on the individual product details page. This covers all manufacturers defects within 1 year of your delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental damage, accidental wear /tear and unauthorized repair. If you suspect your item is defective and your item is still under warranty please email us with multiple photos of the defective item in question along with your order number, name, address and phone number. If the item is no longer available we reserve the right to have the item fixed or replaced with a comparable item
